[NCNCA] winner within mentoring

On May 31st at the ICCC, Dash for Cash, there will be
mentoring at the women cat 4 race.  This is an opportunity to
learn safe pack skills while racing.  There will be a question/answer 
session after the race with the mentor.  All women participating in the 
race are encouraged to attend this question/answer session.  Please
encourage your women cat 4 racers to join this event. Mentors will not
interfere with the race, but will assist and focus on safe race practice.
