[NCNCA] Pre-registration for the Napa Downtown Gran Prix is open

These are very exciting times in the wine country. 
Finally, as promised, a town race returns to Napa. 
This is the most technical crit course of the year, featuring four quick nineties and our signature "Crazy P" turn in the span of half a mile. 
Cycle Circus and ZteaM have been brainstorming this race to make it fun, unique, and a little wacky. (To wit, note that the 35+ 1/2/3 race is a points race.)
With a gorgeous new park on the course, a beer pub, a coffee roaster, a pro bike shop and several restaurants, this is an outing for the whole family. 
So come spend the longest day of the year slammin' gears in one of the most beautiful places on earth.
The Circus has come to town!
