[NCNCA] ncnca list vs forum

Well thankfully the list is used to promote and
announce upcoming NCNCA races. Where as the forum has
become a place to vent. I have posted messages into
the forum but have the greater response via the NCNCA
email list.

In a few days it will be all over. The only event the
club is promoting after this weekend is the final
Friday Night Track event.

We do not announce our club events to either service.
16 weeks of Tuesday Night Crits, 11-event Winter
Series, 2 day 3-stage event and Spring Classic.
