[NCNCA] Napa Downtown & Riverfront Gran Prix - Points Format?

We have been considering adopting a track format for some of the
categories, especially given the short, gran prix style of the course.
At this point, we are focusing on whether to offer the 35+ 1/2/3 race as
a points race format.

I'd very much like some feedback from the crit-racing community,
especially the 35 1/2/3's about whether we should. 

We have a week before we open pre-reg, so we'll need to decide before
