[NCNCA] Monday Night Beginner Track Sessions

Thank you Michael and Sabine for leading this opportunity and for pouring so much energy into our track!
 
Just to continue the coaching applications... if you typically schedule Mondays as recovery days, then learning new skills without tearing down your muscles might just be on order.  Learning to relax and gaining suppleness in your pedal stroke are just two of the many benefits that you can gain from a Monday night "workout".
