[NCNCA] Points Racing starts tonight

Points Racing is on the schedule for tonight and every Tuesday night in May, July and September.  Scratch racing will return on Tuesday's in June, then run again in August.
 
Volunteers needed- I can always use help turning lap cards and you will be rewarded with VeloBuck$.  
 
Tonight's format looks like this:
- 6pm gates open 
- 6:30pm warmup (after the Junior session)
- 7pm C's 30 laps
B's 30 laps
C's 30 laps
A's 40 laps
B's 40 laps
A's 50 laps
lights off and out of the park by 9:30pm
 
Sprints will be every 5 laps, with 5 points to 1st, 3 to 2nd, 2 to 3rd and 1 to 4th.  It's always fun to watch the attacks by riders that are not raking in the points (hint hint).  20 points for gaining a lap, 20 points for losing a lap.  I ask that if you intentionally lose a lap that you not interfere with the outcome of the race, but you are welcome to roll with the pack.
 
Oh, and reminder to bring warm clothes to night racing as the combination of lycra, sweat and 50 degree weather can make for a chilly night if you are not prepared.
