[NCNCA] Women's Races

I think Robert Leibold of Velo Promo beat every promoter on this topic 12 years ago. Kern county Women's stage race. And, yes he never makes any money on it, but he is truly committed to growing the women's side of racing. Funny thing about the money issue, he often will get donations from the racers.
