[NCNCA] Monday Beginner Track Sessions

Just a reminder that we will be holding a beginner track session this Monday Night, June 23rd. Special guest instructor will be the one and only Giovanni Rey (who finished 2nd in the keirin last night at the AVC!!)
 
If you have been out to the AVC watching and want to give track racing a try, I encourage you to come out.
 
The Monday night Beginner Sessions are introductory sessions oriented towards introducing you to Hellyer Velodrome rider etiquette, rules of the track, and concepts of track racing. These workouts will be low-intensity, focusing on application of etiquette/rules in a fun, relaxed environment. 
Track opens at 5:30pm, Session begins at 6pm, close at sunset.  Rental bikes available @ $5, and track use fee of $5. 
 
Although the session begins at 6:00, we understand the commuting issues in the bay area and so feel free to arrive whenever you can get there.
