[NCNCA] More on the NCNCA 2008 Junior Race Fund

Promoters who offer multiple junior races in one day are still entitled to
$100 for each day of road races offered or $200 for each day of criteriums
offered. Our budget was based upon the number of events that met the
criteria in the past years. The amount the BOD agreed upon was intended for
promoters who may be reluctant to offer more than one junior race on their
race schedule as well as those who already do.  Send your intent to receive
the fund to VP Road and then post completed results to ncnca.org within 5
days of race completion.  The treasurer will send you either the $200 or
$100 after your eligibility is verified.  Checks are typically sent out mid
month to the address and name you provide us.
