[NCNCA] Cal Cup update

According to Bob Leibold, registration for Cal Cup races will be up on  
the 20th. The races are scheduled and confirmed.  Expect more cash and  
prizes this year, as we have Pacific State Bank and other sponsors  
contributing towards the prize purse.  Bookmark the official Cal Cup  
page and check back on the 20th to register.
