[NCNCA] Davis 4th of July Crit - Thanks and Results

Thanks to everyone who came out to Davis for the 32nd Annual DBC 4th  
of July Criterium! We hope everyone enjoyed the racing! We thank all  
of you racers, our many many volunteers, our many sponsors, the  
spectators, and the City of Davis! Without the support of all of you,  
our event would not be possible. From our viewpoint, it was quite a  
successful event...but, there is always room for improvement...and we  
have already noted a few areas. If you have comments/suggestions for  
next year, please do send them our way!
