McGuire Cycling Team Returns for 2008

Announces Talented Roster and Key Sponsors for 2008 Season

SAN FRANCISCO (January 31, 2008) Project Sport, Inc. is pleased to announce
a new partnership between Arete' Racing and McGuire Real Estate to form the
new McGuire Cycling Team for the 2008 road season.  McGuire Real Estate has
been a staple in the cycling community at the amateur and professional level
for many years and through this endeavor, returns to the scene as the title
sponsor of one of Northern California's top elite cycling organization,
Arete' Racing.  Also joining McGuire Cycling Team is lead sponsor Pacific
Bicycle, San Francisco.  The team will compete in a full calendar of NCNCA
races and specific NRC events.  This local and regional schedule will prove
challenging but rewarding for both riders and sponsors.

McGuire Cycling," said Mack Chew, Men's Team Captain, McGuire Cycling Team,

the cycling community."

As they prepare to enter their sixth season of bike racing in 2008, the
McGuire Cycling Team is motivated to achieve record breaking results at
events in Northern California/Nevada and across the country.   Based in San
Francisco, the twelve athletes on the 2008 roster will make up one of the
strongest squads McGuire has fielded in its history.

"Competitive cycling-and cycling per se- for each of us-is an emotional
high. It is both physically and emotionally rewarding.  I'm thrilled to
sponsor such a great group of elite racers" says Charles Moore, CEO of

A strong cast of returning Arete' riders represent a well rounded team that
looks to be competitive throughout the season. Returning to the team are
Darren Basso, Christopher Carey, Peter Lemon, Erick Pierce, and Michael
Tymoff.  New riders for 2008 are Alton Dunnigan (formerly of Team Spine,
Daly City, CA), Benjamin Lyon (formerly of Organic Athlete, San Francisco,
CA), Brent Mann (formerly of  Team Einstein Cycling, Denver, CO), and Brett
Park.  Rounding out the roster are General Manager/rider Ryan Dawkins and
Team Captain Mack Chew.
