[NCNCA] Tactics! Tactics! Tactics! POSTPONED

The tactical clinic presented by Cycling Systems and Team CS that was to be
held on Saturday, January 26 (tomorrow) has been POSTPONED! I sent out an
email to all participants and they voted for the clinic to be on Saturday,
February 9th. I am scrambling with the USAC and also my NEW HOSTS at Cal
State University East Bay (Hayward) to obtain permits for a new location as
well. It is 99% sure of being at this new location. I will keep everyone
posted on that particular logistic. However, the clinic date is now re-set.
