[NCNCA] Meet the Teams day delayed

Given the current weather forecast ( 80% chance of rain, winds 10-20  
mph ) The thinking is that This coming Sunday will not be the best  
conditions for the meet the teams day. Even if it doesn't rain that  
much the winds can play havoc with team tents.  Because of the  
predicted weather Early Bird promoter Robert Leibold has suggested  
moving meet the Teams day to the final Early Bird Crit on Feb 3rd.  
Given the probably weather conditions there will most likely be a  
small turnout of the newer riders the meet the Teams day was designed  
for, Hopefully this late notice will not cause to many problems for  
any teams that were planing on attending the Meet the Teams day this  
coming Sunday.

Yes of course I realize by posting this message I've just guaranteed  
the weather forecast for Sunday to be totally wrong and it will  
probably turn out to be the nicest day of the year. As they say damned  
if you do and damned if you don't. Hopefully we will see everyone on  
Feb 3rd now.
