January 20th- lead out and sprinting

Ya wanna win some swag? or How about that podium shot?
What great fun memories! And it only requires focused thought,
muscle, skill, sweat, communication, some suffer'in and heart!

You will have the opportunity to learn about positioning in the
peloton; lead out skills and sprinting technique from the
finest female sprinters in our district.

This is a terrific lesson to come alone or to bring your
team mates to learn to work together for that top six placing.

  Lesson #3
  warm up- tight pacelines
  main lesson-positioning lead out/sprint
  review-cornering
  debriefing

These lessons are for the women cat 3/4 racer and
young juniors who are ready to learn what it
takes to be an active participant in the race. Our
mentors are respected veteran racers, coaches, and
a valuable source in our race community.

The women and juniors who are attending this series are
sharing some thoughtful questions that will help any cyclist
gain a better perspective about racing.

We are located one block North from the Early Birds on Commerce Dr.
Registration begins at 11:00 (bring license and $10.00/Juniors free).
Each session begins a 11:45 promptly, for one hour (after the eb wcat 4
race and before the eb 123 race).

  respectfully,
