 The 2008 Schedule is posted on the NCNCA website at:  www.ncnca.org/juniors/. 


For the ninth year, the NCNCA is once again the series' lead sponsor. Note there are some changes in the series' schedule from 2007. Again this year, we will have a Junior Men's  15-16 "Best NEW Rider" award category to encourage and recognize the achievements of new riders to the sport. Junior cycling continue to enjoy popularity in Northern California & Nevada and our local juniors have greatly benefited from the racing experience gained in the jr. point series races. During 2007, former NCNCA junior riders, Max Jenkins and Daniel Holloway, were victorious in the U23 National Road Race and Elite Criterium Championship, respectively. Congratulations to both!


Again this year, we have created several sponsorship opportunities to augment the NCNCA's support. All sponsors will be recognized in the Junior Point Series signage that will be displayed at each race. Also, each category sponsor will be afforded the opportunity to present the series' award for the category they sponsor at the series' finale  - the Mt. Diablo Hillclimb ITT. Both financial and product sponsors are welcome.
