[NCNCA] On line Reg for Early Velo Promo races open

For people who haven't seen the news on the NCNCA forum the online Reg  
for the first few Velo Promo races ( Pine Flat, Cantua RR, Dinuba  
Crit, Snelling and Original Merced Crit) is now open at Sportsbase.  
Alrerady the 35+ 4/5 race at Snelling is close to filling ( 34 of the  
50 spots already taken as I write this).

If you are interested in getting registered for the races that are  
already open you can go to https://www.sportsbaseonline.com/Series.aspx?id=288 
  and click on the race you want to register for. Note you may have to  
scroll down the page to find the race links.
