[NCNCA] 2008 Junior series schedule?

Speaking of NCNCA series, if the "premiere series" has not been drawn up, is it possible to not schedule as many conflicts with Nationals?  How else would you expect our districts best riders to take the series seriously?  (2007 had up to 4 of its 10 races in conflict with Masters and Elite Nationals)Thanks, Larry
