January 13th our mentors will cover "attacking
and counter attacking". You will learn about fitness,
how to attack, when to attack and why to attack.
Our mentors' secrets will not be withheld. This is a perfect
session for a racer who has always wanted a "break away"
experience, or for a racer who wants to do a little spank'en
  on the field, safely!

This session is perfect for the women cat 3 racer who is ready
to participate in "the race," or if you recently upgraded. And if
you are a wcat 4 racer or a young junior this is a good
experience for you to get a sense of the "race".

We have veteran mentors who are serious about
sharing advance skills to enhance a safe field, please
share with your team mates and join to strengthen
  your advance race skills.

We are one block North of the Early Birds (Kaiser) on
Commerce Dr. Registration begins at 11:15,
(bring license and $10.00/ juniors-free) and clinic begins
at 11:45 promptly for one hour.
  respectfully,
  Laurie Fenech
