[NCNCA] Cherry Pie

Hi Jennie! It's also not a great incentive for the
CAT4 women, because often in a situation like this
CAT2 masters will come out, use the race for a warm-up
to the W1/2/3 race and crush the field.

But it's a start in the right direction and definitely
a better alternative for masters women than a combined
W1-4 race.

Of course, in an ideal world, there would be three
separate races: W1/2/3, W35+ and W4.

In all the years I've been involved with the NCNCA I
don't recall Cherry Pie ever having more than one
women's race so I'm please that we're at least moving
in the right direction.

Lorri
