[NCNCA] 2nd Annual w cat 3/4 and Juniors 10-15 Advance Skills Clinic; One block from the Early Birds/Weather Conditions

Weather forecast does not look favorable, but I am crossing 
  my fingers.  The clinic will continue if threat of showers/ 
  wet ground, cancel with rain.  If you are a wcat 4 racer 
  coming from the Early Bird training race, make sure 
  to bring a change of dry/warm cycling clothes to wear for 
  the additional hour at our advance skills clinic.
