[NCNCA] 2008 MTB calendar

Hello Racers,

I've (finally) posted the 2008 NorCal MTB calendar to the NCNCA web site.

While the road calendar is assembled after the annual scheduling
meeting, the MTB calendar is cobbled together from various promoters'
emails and other calendar web sites. As such, it is surely less
comprehensive and potentially less accurate. Please encourage
promoters to submit events to me (webmaster at ncnca.org), and I'll post
them promptly. And, of course, alert me to errors and omissions.
