[NCNCA] mentored novice fields/women's fives

yeah, I guess I was exaggerating a little.  28 last
year, 11 in 2006, but only 2 pre-registered for this
year (and I think one of those is a man!).  I know,
pre-reg isn't an indication of what field size will
eventually be.

thanks for helping me put this back in perspective. 
30 seems low when compared to the 100-man fields but
for Women 3 it's great!
