Team CS has established our men's Masters road racing program, and now will
undertake the task of developing the ELITE CATEGORIES as well.  This, with
quite a lot of input from the Elite ranks wanting to join the team, learn
racing skills, learn team and individual tactics and be part of the
camaraderie that Team CS offers.
The new Elite Team CS will consist of all categories, not being limited to
only Category 4/5.  The new Elite Team CS will also be comprised of Category
3’s who want to learn how to race more effectively with team tactics and
also work to bring the whole squad up to Category 1/2 status.  This will
also enable the 4/5’s to have a Category 3 team already in place for them to
strive for in their competition.
 The objective of Team CS is to develop competitive skills, teach racing
strategy and tactics and foster team camaraderie. We use the latest in web
technology to train and communicate including blogs, web sites and both
personalized and team-level coaching. We have structured training rides
focusing on training specifics with the object of increasing each team
member's fitness and helping him achieve his racing goals. In summary this
