[NCNCA] Complete road closure Skylind Blvd.

Hey Folks;  FYI. Sometime this week a 6' high cyclone fence was  
erected on Skyline Blvd. just north of Snake Rd. It covers the entire  
road - from shoulder to shoulder. It is on both sides of the mud  
slide that took place a few weeks ago. There is no way to circumvent  
it. For those riders who come up Tunnel Rd. from Berkeley on their  
way to Mt. Diablo or Danville the best advice is to find another  
route- ie. Spruce to Wildcat. Take care. Joe Fineman
