[NCNCA] Metromint women are recruiting

Metromint Women's Cycling is currently recruiting Women Category 4 racers.
We are looking for Cat. 4 racers who have raced at least 3 times, who want
to improve their racing, practice teamwork, and be mentored by the Cat. 1,
2, and 3 women on our team.  We have 2 recruitment windows per year, in June
and September.  In anticipation of our June recruitment window, please email
the women's recruitment committee, sharing with us a bit about yourself as a
