[NCNCA] Women's Races

What if promoters offered a discount for pre-registering multiple racers at
one time? Sportsbase and Bikereg both allow you to register multiple riders
at once. (Incidentally, this is a great feature for teams that are planning
to reg a bunch of riders for a single race.) A promoter could encourage
people to register people in 'bundles' by offering a discount for doing
that. So e.g. $20 for an individual registration or $18 apiece if you do it
as a group.

Exact economics and technical details aside, would something like this make
it more likely that women racers (and others) would pre-reg? And would it be
attractive to promoters? I can't speak for either group, so feel free to
jump in with your opinions. :>
