[NCNCA] Women's Races

Doesn't seem to be a problem for many of the other fields which sell out 
BEFORE online registration even closes.  Most of us don't have the 
luxury of waiting til race day to enter.  I've been shut out a couple of 
times this year already because I DIDN'T pre-reg.  Just sayin'...

BTW: I did noticed there were 41 entries last year in the M45+ field.
