[NCNCA] Track race Saturday April 19th 1pm

Three grand reason to race this weekend.

#1 At all Master National events this year bikes must comply with UCI  
rules. This Saturday, Tom Simonson will be at the track before and  
during the race to show the bike measurement jig and explain the  
rules. Bring all of your bike, especially TT bikes as these can  
present challenges.

#2 Great prizes by Clf and CycleSport in Oakland.

#3 Great program for Saturday, Saturday, April 19
