[NCNCA] Oct 25 and Oct 27th reminders

Oct 25th (and Nov 1, and Nov 8th) one hour talks/ clinics with accomplished racers of the AMD-Discovery Channel juniors and masters cycling team.  No fee to attend but you do need to RSVP.   7pm at the Bicycle Outfitter in Los Altos (info @ http://www.bicycleoutfitter.com/)
 
Oct 27th "intermediate" track session at the San Jose Velodrome.  Immediately following the "beginner" session which usually runs from 8:30 to 11:30am.  Come to them both if you want.  Rental bikes will be available for $5.  Juniors are always free.  Your attendance is encouraged as we would like to make this an on-going session (4th Sat of each month) to best help riders prepare for weekday and weekend racing.  Believe me when I say that these sessions can also make you a better road rider!
