yes, the Saturday morning beginner sessions run all-year-round, except for rain and a few big events.  Park opens at 8am, rent a bike, sign up and in, and start around 9am.  Riders are usually worn out and ready to go home by 11:30am.The intermediate (race training/ skills) session is meant to help riders prepare for racing and fast forward their track learning experience.  This is not an open training session! I will be there from 11am to 2pm (or so).  Cheers, Larry
