Team CS, the development specific masters racing team is hosting another
training ride in the Bay Area...this time in the Napa Valley. If you want to
become part of the process of learning how to race, come prepared to
ride/train in the rain! We, as a team, have been slowly building up the base
time/miles, increasing our individual aerobic engines with low intensity,
pedalling specific training rides. This, to increase our economy (imagine a
gas tank that is thinking green). We are meeting this Saturday in Yountville
for an approximate 4.5hr training ride. Come out and learn how to have an
efficient pedal stroke, meet some of the team for some comaderie and lunch
after! Rain is supposed to come in
the afternoon, but come prepared regardless! Meet at the Yountville
