The NCNCA is accepting Club applications for 2008. Here's the link to the
Club application form:
http://www.ncnca.org/docs/clubs/ncncaclubapplication08.pdf

If you get your Club application in by 12/5, that will ensure your Club's
current contact info is printed in the NCNCA Newsletter, to be distributed
in January. Remember, your Club and any of its teams, will not earn BAT
points until the Club application is received.

I see an email from USA Cycling came out today about '08 Club membership.
I've included it below.

If you have any questions, let me know. Thanks.

Erik

*Renew Your Club For 2008 Online!*

All USA Cycling clubs can renew online by following these simple steps:

1) Go to *http://www.usacycling.org/myusac*

2) Establish an account at no cost if you do not currently have one for
your club.

3) Login with name and password

4) Click on *Manage USA Cycling Clubs *

Please contact your Membership Services Coordinator if this link does not
appear or if the club's contact is not a person, such as "Chamber of
Commerce", "Rotary Club", etc.

*Why renew my club online?*

You will be able to easily update club information, make sure your club is
always current, monitor your club's registered riders and add teams.

*How do I change the name of my club?*

If you would like to change the name of your club, you will need to contact
your Membership Coordinator at USA Cycling.

*What if I don't want to renew my club online?*

Simply go to http://www.usacycling.org/forms/clubapp.pdf , download this
form and mail to USA Cycling, or you can contact your USA Cycling Membership
Services Coordinator and request to have a club renewal form mailed to you.

*What is the cost to renew my club?*

The fee for USAC (allows clubs to sanction USCF *and* NORBA events) club
renewal is $150 for 2008. If your club is an NCCA or a high school club,
the cost is $50.

*What happens if my club is suspended and I can't renew online?*

There may be outstanding post event reports from 2006 or 2007 events that
your club permitted that haven't been turned into USA Cycling. Please check
with your Membership Services Coordinator if you have questions.

*Online Event Permitting!*

This new program will assist our clubs and promoters in sanctioning their
event, creating an online event flier, requesting insurance certificates and
more.

*You can still *contact USA Cycling to request a permit packet to sanction
your event, or you can download the required forms from *
https://www.usacycling.org/news/user/story.php?id=91** *
*                                          MEMBERSHIP SERVICES COORDINATORS*
