[NCNCA] Santa Rosa Twilight Series back on

A new promoter has stepped up to take over the Santa Rosa Twilights  
series and to try and address all the concerns of the city and the  
property owners. The races have the same schedule as before and  
riders are asked to be sure to follow all the rules so the series can  
continue. There will be racing as usual tonight and every Tues night  
unless some new problems crop up.
