[NCNCA] Burlingame Criterium Registration information

[Burlingame Registration]

Hi All;

We would like to remind everybody that the Burlingame Criterium is
coming up in a little more then a Month.

This year the Burlingame Criterium will take place on June 24th.

As usual we will have a lot of prices and we will have a real crowd
cheering on most of the racers. (not at 7am)

Changes for this year:
- As we stated in the past we are switching the Women 4 field
  with the Master 45/55+ fields every year. This year we are
  holding the Women 4 event.
- The base price for the race is the same as the past 3 year.
- We increased the late fee to $10.
- We increased the second race discount to $15.
