This coming Tuesday will mark our 6th straight Tuesday of sprints and intervals. Like two of the 5 previous editions we have rain forecasted. I would like to take the time to thank the "regulars" that have been coming out. I think it's cool when riders learn more about their abilities and these ladies and gentlemen are doing just that, assessing their strengths and minimizing their weaknesses. As we all know, becoming a better sprinter/ faster athlete takes time, but we think the efforts are worth it!

Please join us if you can. We warm-up and start at 6:30pm every Tuesday at the old Fremont crit course. Corner of Stevenson and Eureka, about 2 miles west of 880 (Stevenson exit).

On tap in the coming weeks: more tailwind and headwind sprints, lead-outs, long sprints and short sprints, standing jumps and sprints from a fast pace, bridging, cat and mouse, some 180 degree work, short and long intervals, and lots of paceline work! Larry Nolan, AMD-Discovery Channel masters, USAC level 2 coach and 25 year Fremont resident.
