[NCNCA] Davis 4th of July Criterium

As of 6/20 we have about $4k in primes and we are still waiting for other
sponsors lists to come in. Master 35+ 4/5 is over half full and the 4s are
1/3 full. This year we will have bleacher seating along Start/Finish line so
bring the family and friends. We will also have an area by Start/Finish line
for team tents to warm up prior to the race. If you have any questions
