[NCNCA] Nor/Cal District Time Trial Registration Closes soon

If you are considering entering the District Time Trial Championships this
year, the deadline is approaching quickly.  Registration will close Tuesday,
June 6 at midnight.

There is no registration at the event, so don’t delay.
