[NCNCA] Sprint tournament 8/4

     The next Match Sprint tournament is this coming Saturday, 8/4 at the Hellyer Park Velodrome. We're going to start a bit later this month so we won't interfere with the morning beginners session - last week they had over 60 riders! Cool.
     Anyway, the track will open at 1pm for the sprint tourney with the 200 meter tt's for seeding starting at 2pm. This month, like last, we're going to do a standard tournament format.  Elite Natz Qualifier, Masters Natz and Elite States are coming up, so practicing a tournament format is important.
     Everyone will make the first round and be seeded according to 200m time. There won't be any reps, but those who don't make it through each round will go into a round robin format, and continue racing each other in two and three ups. The main tournament will remain a two up competition. There will be lots of racing. Come on down - ya hear!
