[NCNCA] Eden Crit Cancelled

Just got word that the Eden Crit has been regrettably cancelled. At  
the last minute the University campus decided that they needed some  
extra personnel at the race which was going to add $1,400 in  
additional expenses for the promoting club ( on top of the $1,200 in  
fees already being charged by the campus).  The club decided that  
they couldn't afford the additional fees.
