[NCNCA] Lafayette Criterium Cat4 and 35+4/5 fields

The cat 4 and 35+4/5 fields are full for the Lafayette Crit. We have added a waiting list to the registration on Sports Base Online. 30 minutes prior to the start of the race after registration has closed, we will fill any remaining slots from the waiting list.

There are still opening in all other categories, but we expect to have full fields, so don't miss out.
