[NCNCA] List Charter Note

Just a quick note, as most subscribers are probably not aware: the
NCNCA mailing list charter was updated after the forums
<http://www.ncncaracing.com/forum/> became available last year.  The
current charter <http://lists.ncnca.org/mailman/listinfo/ncnca> is
slightly more restrictive than in years past:

   For news and discussion of road, track, cyclocross and mt bike
   racing in the Northern California & Nevada region. This list is
   for questions about upcoming races, finding a club to join, or
   just expressing opinions about the state of racing in the region.

   Note that the NCNCA list is not for advertising, lost and found or
   for sale items, looking for someone, or non-regional, non-racing
   topics. The ncncaracing.com forums may be a better place to post
   messages regarding those.

These guidelines are based on reader complaints and best practices.
Please send charter-related comments and recommendations to the
webmaster: <webmaster at ncnca.org>.  I will agendize any recommendation
that hasn't already been discused at a future BOD meeting.
