  wcat3/4 advance skills clinic    January 28th, Sunday    
  11:45-12:45 (after wcat4 EB race and before wcat123 EB race)
  Commerce Dr  between Paseo Parkway/Ardenwood
   
  This week we will focus on attacking, counter 
  attacking, blocking, bridging and chasing.  There will be 
  a preview about the reasoning behind these tactics and 
  the philosophy of "team planning prior racing" and "communicating 
  while racing."  We will create small composite teams into 
  groups (2 or 3) and have the women preplan their attempt and then
  execute.  And then allow each member to try each tactic.
   
  Our Hour 11:45-12:45  (Promptly)
    tight rotating pace lines (warm up) 10 minutes
    lecture/drills 45 minutes
    debriefing 5-10 minutes

  and to Paige Youngman, Taitt Sato and the other
  Wenzel coaches who have assisted.  We all
  appreciate their passion and devotion to the 
  sport and excellent and dedicated assistance 
  to our group of women.
