[NCNCA] Early Bird Road Race

People planing on doing the Early Bird RR next Sat should be aware  
that the road used for the race was closed this weekend due to icy  
conditions. If the weather warms up everything should be OK by next  
Sat. Velo Promo will check with the authorities about the status of  
the road and should have information on Sat.  if the race will be  
held or not. You might want to keep an eye on the Velo Promo web site

status of the Early Bird RR.
