  Explosive Energy!  Do you have it?  Lesson #3 will focus on 
  Attacking, Bridging, Counter Attacking, Winning the Prime
  and if you still have legs left, you will have the opportunity to 
  improve your Sprint form (review).  
   
  Our hour looks like this:
       10 min-rotating paceline (tight)/180 degree turns 
       30 min-drills (attacking, bridging, counter attacking)
       15 min - sprint drills (review)
        5 min-debriefing
   
  We have a dedicated group of veteran mentors who will discuss 
  strategies, tactics (and form) to better understand race 
  dynamics, so bring your team mates/friends and join us at 
  11:45-12:45 (after the EB wcat 4 race and before the EB
  wcat123 race).
   
  Bring your license, $10.00 and register (opens at 11:00) at 
  Paseo Parkway/Commerce Dr (one block north of Early Birds).
