wcat3/4 Advance Skills Clinic    11:45-12:45  
  Commerce Dr  (One Block north of Early Birds)
  Registration begins 11:00  Bring license and $10.00.
   
  Lesson #2  January 14, 2007
  Warm up (15 minutes); practice skills moderately, learned 
  from last week with mentors actively working 
  group (counter steering and 180's).  Then main 
  lesson (35 minutes) a short talk and model about 
  sprint form.  Practice sprinting with mentors on 
  both sides of the sprinting line (beginning and 
  end).   Then short talk on team lead out/ model 
  and then one mentor with a composite group 
  of three women, leading out/sprint.  The mentor 
  will assist pace for the lead out woman, and also 
  talk the process through while riding.  
   
  Finally, rotating pacelines for cool down and 
  debriefing (10 minutes).
   
  We had a good show last week, hope to see more women
  this Sunday.  Water and Snacks provided.
