Please pass along to your teammates or friends that may work or pass through Fremont.

We'll use the old Fremont Criterium course (4 wide corners) for a bit of interval / sprint training.

When: every Tuesday night through September
Time: warmed up and ready to roll at 6:30pm
Where: Stevenson and Eureka - from 880 take the Stevenson exit and head west until you can not drive any further
Wind: yes, we're usually greeted with a stiff wind that blows off the bay... perfect for training
Who: all riders that want to improve their power, strengths, starts or just want a place to ride with others.
Why: the beauty of interval and sprint workouts is that you HAVE to recover, so we will use that time to regroup, chat a bit and make it social.
How: some of the sessions will have a plan (eg. 6 x 200m x 2 sets) but we will be flexible. It's best to have an idea of what you want of your workout when you show up. Yes, we will ride rain or shine. Please bring your lights out until daylight savings starts.

Matt McNamara (Los Gatos BRC - USAC level 1 coach) and Larry Nolan (AMD-Discovery Channel - USAC level 2 coach)
