[NCNCA] Early Bird Crit Feedback Wanted

Please let me know if you have any suggestions for improving the Early Bird Criterium series.  When giving your feedback, please let me know whether you are a MENTOR or a MENTEE (student).
 
We have made the Early Bird series better over the years, but as they say there is always room for improvement.  So if you have any comments, good or bad, regarding the schedule, our mentoring instructions, the on-the-bike drills, the race format, post race questions & answers, or anything else please let me know by 5:00 PM next Monday (Feb. 12).  I will share your answers with the mentors, race promoter and NCNCA officers.
