wcat3/4 Advance Skills Clinic  Lesson #5
  Sunday, February 4
  Registration:Paseo Parkway/Commerce     11:00
   
  Promptly at 11:45 we will warm up and do tight rotating pacelines.  
   
  Part #1    25 minutes
  Regroup and talk about the final laps, advancing, forming the 
  lead out train.  Will create small composite teams, form a 
  peloton and work it through.  Let the women make their team 
  tactic plans.  
   
  Lesson in three parts and regroup each time:
  #1 peloton, advancing, 
  #2 peloton, advancing, lead out train
  #3 peloton, advancing, lead out train, sprint
   
  Part #2     20 minutes
  Regroup and talk about the assertiveness to organize 
  the break away group and or to organize the chase group 
  once they are formed.  The racers need to understand it 
  occurs successfully with communication and organization.  
  For instance wind factor, pull allotment, pace, course etc...Form 
  two groups; a break away group (let them advance) and 
  then a chase group.  Then reverse rolls of each group to 
  give them a chance to experience both situations.
   
  Part #3       5 minutes
  Practice one more time for Sprint Form/feedback.  
  (Mentor at beginning cone and at one at the end cone)
   
   
  Final debriefing
   
  Send your women cat3/4 over for this final lesson.
