[NCNCA] 2008 License renewals

People can start renewing their licenses fro next year via the USAC  
web site.  If you have an account at the USAC web site just go to your  
account page and follow the renew link  near the bottom of your  
account page. If you don't have an account on the USAC web site just  
go to the USAC home page http://www.usacycling.org/ and clink on  
membership benefits on the menu to the left and start the process of  
setting up an account and renewing your license. If you already have a  
USAC license it is handy to have your license number when setting up  
your account on the USAC site.

If you are planing on upgrading please send me your upgrade request  
before you renew your license so that your new category will get  
printed on your license instead of me having to mail you a sticker to  
put on your license.
